CCTV PRIVACY NOTICE
This CCTV Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) has been prepared pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) to explain how we, UD Trucks Corporation (Thailand) Co., Ltd. / Thai-Swedish Assembly Co., Ltd. / TMBP Limited (“Company”), collect, use, disclose and/or otherwise process (“Process” or “Processing”) your personal data collected from the CCTV installed at our premises.
It is necessary for you to read and understand this Privacy Notice in order to understand how your personal data will be Processed by the Company as well as the rights that you are entitled to.
- Application of this Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice applies to all individuals, including our employees, personnel and any persons visiting our premises offices and/or premises.
- The Types of Personal Data that We Process
The Company collects your images and videos directly from you through our operation and use of the CCTVs which are installed at our offices and premises. These CCTVs are used to monitor and record your images and videos, every day, 24 hours per day. The CCTVs will only be installed and operated in the public areas of our offices and premises. Your voice is not recorded by these CCTVs.
In the case where the Company will Process other categories of personal data which are not currently specified in this Privacy Notice, the Company will inform you about such Processing in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the PDPA.
Purposes for Processing your Personal Data
In general, the Company Processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Furthermore, in certain circumstances, we may also need to Process such personal data for the purposes of compliance with applicable laws or regulations, or orders issued by competent courts or authorities. | - Legitimate interest

If the Company needs to Process your personal data for purposes other than those prescribed in this Privacy Notice, the Company will inform you about such new purposes and take necessary actions as may be required by the PDPA or other applicable laws or regulations.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
To Process your personal data for any of the purposes listed in Clause 3 of this Privacy Notice, it may be necessary for us to disclose your personal data to the following third parties:
(a) to general counsels, advisors, auditors, and other experts; and/or
(b) to any other persons or entities to whom the Company is required to make disclosure under the applicable laws or regulations, or pursuant to the orders of the government agencies, authorities, courts, etc., or whom the Company is permitted by you to disclose your personal data to.
The third parties specified above may be located outside of Thailand and the countries which they are located may have different data protection standards to those prescribed by the data protection authority in Thailand. In any event, the Company will ensure that any cross-border transfer of your personal data will be in compliance with the provisions of the PDPA.
Retention of the Personal Data
Your personal data collected from the CCTVs will generally be retained for a period not exceeding 60 days, unless otherwise permitted or required by the applicable laws or regulations.
Your Rights to Personal Data
Subject to the conditions and limitations imposed by the PDPA, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
(a) To withdraw your consent at any time if the Processing of your personal data is based on your consent;
(b) To request to access or obtain a copy of your personal data, or to request the disclosure on the acquisition of your personal data without your consent;
(c) To request that your personal data be corrected, updated, or completed;
(d) To request that your personal data be deleted, destroyed or de-identified;
(e) To object to the Processing of your personal data;
(f) To request the suspension of the use of your personal data; and
(g) To request to obtain your personal data in a format which is generally readable or usable by automatic device or tool, and which can be used or disclosed by automatic means, or to request that your personal data in said format be transmitted to other data controllers.
In addition to the rights above, you also have the right to file a complaint in relation to our Processing of your personal data with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee pursuant to the PDPA.

Changes to this Privacy Notice
The company may amend, change, or update this Privacy Notice from time to time, whereby the Company will update the changes on UD Trucks’ website. In the event that the amendment, change, or update will affect the purposes for which your personal data has originally been collected, the Company will notify you about such changes, and obtain your consent (if required by law), prior to such changes becoming effective.
This Privacy Notice shall take effect from 1st June 2024 onwards.
